I’m Annette DiResta, Founder and Broker.
With 20+ years of experience as a broker and a top real estate producer in the Bay Area, I have sold a wide variety of properties in the Morgan Hill and four other northern California counties--from gated vineyard properties, to executive estates, gated golf course communities, townhouses, condos, new homes, undeveloped land, and finished lots.
We represent both buyers and sellers of properties throughout the South Bay Area, specializing in high-end residential listings and new developments in Morgan Hill, Gilroy, and San Martin. We have conducted transactions across five counties in Northern California, from Half Moon Bay to San Jose, Hollister and Monterey County. We're highly comfortable working with a wide range of clients, from seasoned real estate investors to demanding C-suite executives to first-time buyers, and we are confident we can serve your real estate needs, whether residential or commercial.
My journey in real estate began in 1999, when I started as an assistant to top producers at Coldwell Banker at Morgan Hill.
Soon thereafter, I obtained my salesperson's license and rapidly became a top producer with the company, qualifying in the Diamond International Society and earning the title as a Luxury Property Specialist. As a Broker Associate at Alain Pinel REALTORS, I was a Top-10% producer statewide and Morgan Hill office top producer for several months in a row. In 2010, I launched my own brokerage, Morgan Hill Real Estate.Having moved to the South Bay Area in 1997 after living in Willow Glen and Cupertino, I am a long-time resident of Morgan Hill, Gilroy, and San Martin. I raised my family here and have come to know these areas well, including their vibrant communities, schools, restaurants, events, and recreational facilities.
Living in Morgan Hill has been an enriching experience and a wonderful place to raise a family. I have enjoyed watching the city develop thoughtfully over the course of two decades, as more and more people discover the benefits and beauty of this uniquely charming area. I must give credit to the City of Morgan Hill and all of it's departments and programs they offer, but especially to the Economic Development Team of Edith Ramirez and John Lang for strategic planning and growth. The weather, beauty, wineries, recreational outlets enhance the quality of life while challenging intellectual growth by keeping a pulse on Silicon Valley's rapidly evolving culture.

Born and raised in the Bay Area of California - there's no place like it! I went to Ann Sobrato High School and graduated from San Jose State University with a B.S. in Business / Marketing. Right after college, I obtained my real estate license and got to work. Within the first year of being a Realtor, I was scouted by Tesla to work in their Home Energy Division (Tesla Powerwall, Solar Roof & Solar Panels) then shortly after they brought me into the Automotive Divison where I worked in Santana Row, San Jose and quickly became in the top 3% of Sales Managers. I helped out with a special 3-month program at their HQ in Fremont, then returned to Santana Row I decided to pursue my interest in AI startups and quickly joined an AI-driven software testing startup in San Mateo.
Fast forward to today, I have returned to Real Estate, while still working full time in tech, as helping buyers find their dream homes and sellers sell for top dollar is a great experience to enjoy with them.
